KMS Lighthouse is seeking an Intermediate Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing and attracting top technical talent to help us achieve our business goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles, ensuring a strong fit for both the candidate and the company.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of candidates and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to identify potential candidates and enhance the visibility of open positions.
Conduct thorough reference checks and gather feedback from interviewers to support hiring decisions.
Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote KMS Lighthouse and attract top talent.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices to enhance candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and IT positions.
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and the ability to assess candidates effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
