We are growing its R&D center, and we are looking for a Front End Tech Lead to join our team:
- Work as part of a small agile development team, under the global development department
- Use advanced technologies and tools such as Vue.js, jQuery, JIRA, etc.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Architect scalable, high-performance solutions while optimizing existing systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and DevOps to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Hands-on coding—review code, solve complex technical challenges, and set coding standards.
- Champion Agile/Scrum best practices, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality releases.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and adopting new technologies when beneficial.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in front-end and/or full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue/React, Node.js).
- Deep expertise in system architecture
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, Docker, and modern build tools (Vite/Webpack).
- Proven ability to optimize performance, refactor legacy code, and enforce best practices.
- Strong understanding of security, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire engineers.
- Excellent English level.
