About The Position

We are looking for high-energy, driven Linux Support Engineer to join our organization! Support Engineer at KMS Lighthouse will be a primary technical team player in- implementing our solution, upgrading existing environments and providing high level of troubleshooting for our major clients around the Globe.

As a Support Engineer you will work closely with the DevOps and Development teams and representing KMS Lighthouse as the professional authority in ongoing work with the technical factors from the client’s side.


  • Installation and updating our application (on the cloud and customer environments)
  • Installation and configuration of additional components
  • Researching logs, finding reasons for the inoperability of the application
  • Communication with customers
  • Creating tickets for developers with a detailed problem description (logs, screenshots, videos etc.)
  • Working with Tomcat, Apache, Jetty, Nginx, Zookeeper if necessary


  • Knowledge in Linux administration and scripting
  • Knowledge in Tomcat, Apache, Jetty, Nginx
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Providers
  • Knowledge in Windows administration
  • Experience working with Virtualization systems (VMWare or other)
  • Mother tongue level English
  • Open for work at unusual hours when required.
