KMS Lighthouse is looking are seeking an experienced Automation Team Leader to manage a team of 4 automation developers with a mix of mid-level and junior experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team in the development of automation built on Java and Selenium frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of automation developers, providing coaching and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate effectively with Development and Manual QA Team Leads to ensure project requirements are met accurately and timely.
  • Provide high-level technical solutions and contribute to team success at the code level.
  • Develop and manage reasonable project timelines from design to delivery.
  • Deliver regular project status updates, addressing any project requirements, issues, or changes.
  • Establish and enforce good habits and practices within the team to maintain high software product quality.
  • Define, promote, and implement test automation best practices, standards, and processes.
  • Develop and support an effective automation framework.
  • Develop Automated Testing scripts and configure the automated testing solution.
  • Collaborate closely with QA manual team leads and the Development team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a test automation development role, with proven experience in creating, enhancing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming and scripting languages, preferably Java.
  • Hands-on experience in automated test coding, including creating functions, methods, and programs.
  • Experience with TeamCity/Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in Selenium.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Experience with TestNG, Allure, Selenium, Gradle, TeamCity, and REST Assured.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
