We are growing our R&D center, and we are looking for a Backend Lead Developer (Java or Kotlin) to join our team:
- Work as part of a small agile development team, under the global development department
- Use advanced technologies and tools such as Java or Kotlin, Spring, Docker/Kubernetes, OpenAI, paid AI development tools

- Lead task breakdown and architecture design for new features.
- Develop, test, and deploy solutions using industry-standard tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with other Lead Developers on product architecture decisions.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience Software Engineering.
- 4+ years of development experience with Java or Kotlin.
- Proficiency in Spring Framework.
- Hands-on experience using Hibernate, jOOQ or similar framework.
- Hands-on experience with async service architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar products
- Good understanding of security flows in service architectures using OAuth, SAML, or similar protocols
- Nice to have Tech Lead’s skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum and an Agile Development environment and tools like JIRA, etc.
- Conversational English level.
