We are searching for a skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Business Officer (CBO) in day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to create connections with clients, coordinate calendars, and create and manage sensitive documentation. 


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CBO to support day-to-day sales operations 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events with clients 
  • Ensure follow through on client-related tasks and next steps 
  • Interact with clients and establish relationships with them 
  • Participate in client meetings and take notes during important meetings  
  • Manage internal company documentation involved in the sales process such as proposals, quotes, and contracts 
  • Coordinate meetings with internal teams  
  • Assist in preparing weekly sales email updates 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to upper management  
  • Prior experience managing and coordinating calendars 
  • Prior experience handling sensitive documentation 
  • Ability to interface with high level executives from Fortune 500 companies 
  • Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and dependable  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Prior experience supporting sales operations is a bonus
