About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Success Account Manager to join our growing team located in Dallas.

This person will deliver a superb customer experience to our North American clients, while also working closely with our teams in Israel and Europe. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and seeking opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing client accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Support the onboarding process of new clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery of services.
  • Actively engage with multiple contacts within each client account to foster strong communication and partnership.
  • Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your customers.
  • Join calls with clients to understand their needs, tackle problems independently, and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and company growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product to address the business needs of your clients.
  • Establish business relationships with C-level executives, negotiate renewals and upsells.

Requirements

  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Native English level.
  • Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS-based company.
  • Experience working with enterprise organizations.
  • Proactive problem solver who is not afraid to break boundaries.
  • A passion to learn about Lighthouse and the Knowledge Management Sphere.
  • High prioritization skills and process orientation.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
