About The Position
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Customer Success Account Manager to join our growing team located in Dallas.
This person will deliver a superb customer experience to our North American clients, while also working closely with our teams in Israel and Europe. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and seeking opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support the onboarding process of new clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery of services.
- Actively engage with multiple contacts within each client account to foster strong communication and partnership.
- Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your customers.
- Join calls with clients to understand their needs, tackle problems independently, and escalate cases when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and company growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product to address the business needs of your clients.
- Establish business relationships with C-level executives, negotiate renewals and upsells.
Requirements
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Native English level.
- Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS-based company.
- Experience working with enterprise organizations.
- Proactive problem solver who is not afraid to break boundaries.
- A passion to learn about Lighthouse and the Knowledge Management Sphere.
