About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, driven, and talented technical support Team lead to our dedicated Support team to join our organization!

The Team Lead will work closely with Head of Support and the DevOps and Development teams, managing the Support team located in Dallas and representing KMS Lighthouse as the professional authority in ongoing work with the technical factors from the client’s side.


Responsibilities

Support Team Lead at KMS Lighthouse will be a primary technical team player in

  • Responsible for the workload
  • Escalating to Development when needed
  • Participating in Technical meetings with clients
  • Providing high level of troubleshooting for our major clients in North America and around the Globe

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Linux administration and scripting - A MUST
  • Knowledge in Tomcat, Apache, Jetty, Nginx - A MUST
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Providers - A MUST
  • Knowledge in Windows administration
  • Experience working with Virtualization systems (VMWare or other) - A MUST
  • Open for work at unusual hours when required.
  • Management skills - A MUST
