Responsibilities
- Leading Full-cycle hiring process; including sourcing and headhunting top talents, posting jobs, resume screening, interviewing and candidate tracking on our ATS.
- Meeting hiring managers and understanding the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify, recruit and hire the best talents
- Support Onboarding & Offboarding processes of employees as part of their org lifecycle
- Maintain and promote culture by supporting HR initiatives and cultural and welfare events (team building, wellness and engagement, etc..)
- Oversee office Administrative duties
- Respond and assist employees with any HR related queries
Requirements
- Previous experience in the recruitment field (can be also from placement agencies)
- Ability to commute to our office three days out of the week, located in Las Colinas, TX
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
