Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and write test plans for new features.
- Define, create, and maintain test plans.
- Contribute to and learn from maintaining QA team documentation.
- Assist in managing the team work plan.
- Perform manual tests to ensure the product's functionality, performance, and security (UI, API, Integration, Regression).
- Design test cases for QA Automation.
- Participate in technical design meetings of new features and learn from decision-making processes.
- Take an active part in the version release process and work closely with the R&D developers and the Product team.
- Provide support to internal teams that manage customer relationships - Investigate, diagnose, and communicate technical issues.
- Contribute to the development of testing processes.
- Learn about maintaining the overall quality of team deliverables.
- Identify and provide feedback on gaps/anomalies in the requirements and products.
- Show initiative and leadership potential in team meetings and projects.
- Open to learning and aspiring to a leadership role
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of experience in testing web-based applications
- Independent, responsible worker, able to plan and execute
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
- Fast learner
- Detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
- Positive approach
- Experience working with Agile methodology
- Ability to reproduce complex functionality issues.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in mentoring or coaching others
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with SQL
- Excellent English level
