About The Position
This is a Temporary Position as a substitute for maternity leave- 8-9 months + option to extend.
KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Training Team Lead to join our global team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. The position includes meetings with many diverse global clients, training, and learning development.
You'll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating across all company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers in English and Hebrew
- Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
- Lead a global learning & training team
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
- Manage end-user customer training programs
- Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
- Execute special projects as assigned by department management
- Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
- Oversee external knowledge portal management
Requirements
- Training and learning development experience in English and Hebrew
- Excellent English
- Flexibility in working hours (global role)
- Creative approach and excellent presentation skills
