About The Position
KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Specialist as part of our growing Learning team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy working with a diverse team across multiple locations. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers
- Implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
- Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
- Manage end-user customer training programs
- Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
- Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
- Execute special projects as assigned by department management
- Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
- Oversee external knowledge portal management
Requirements
- Training and learning development experience
- Excellent English
- Technology Oriented
