Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Requirements
- A portfolio that demonstrates UX and UI skills – Must
- Experience working on complex systems– Must
- UX design experience, with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively for digital products or services
- Solid experience in creating storyboards, user flows, process flows
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Up-to-date with the latest UX research, methodologies, and best practices
