About The Position
KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Team Lead as part of our growing delivery team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. The position includes meetings with many diverse global clients, training and learning development.
You'll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating across all company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global learning & training team
- Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
- Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
- Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers
- Manage end-user customer training programs
- Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
- Execute special projects as assigned by department management
- Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
- Oversee external knowledge portal management

- Training and learning development experience
- Excellent English
