About The Position
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers while driving strategic initiatives across our enterprise product portfolio. This role combines hands-on product management with team development and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead product roadmap development across multiple product lines
- Accountability for product portfolio performance
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Support leadership
- Build relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
- Drive product discovery and validation processes
- Drive product discovery, user research, and market analysis
- Own key product metrics and OKRs
Requirements
- 3-4 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS
- experience in team management experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle
- Experience with agile methodologies and product discovery
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
- Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Data analysis capabilities (SQL, Excel)
- Understanding of technical architectures and system design
