About The Position
KMS Lighthouse is seeking an R&D Director to lead our research and development initiatives, driving innovation and technological advancements within our organization. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the global R&D department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement innovative R&D strategies and initiatives to enhance product development.
- Manage and mentor R&D leaders worldwide, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, including product management and customer wing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Set project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time delivery of R&D projects.
- Present research findings and technical insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in R&D positions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful product development from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of current technologies and industry trends relevant to our products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
