About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our sales organization!

As a SAAS Sales Development Manager, you will be hunting and closing new businesses around the globe for our SAAS Solutions products within Knowledge Management and AI Automation. In this position, you will combine hands-on activity with managing SDRs and taking care of all the sales development activity worldwide. the Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to grow the activity and move things forward.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a small team of SDRs on a daily basis
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
  • Identifying qualified sales opportunities- prospecting for new business. This includes emails, cold calls, and account development.
  • Being responsible for all sales development filed of the company worldwide, by working with local managers and SDRs in the US and in Europe.
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to pass on to the Sales Executive team.
  • Log opportunities via the CRM and follow the sales process under the guidance of the Sales Exec team.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Develop a high competency level and understanding of the KMS and related products.
  • Build a network of accounts and customers, via CRM, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Training will be provided to carry out day-day responsibilities. 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in lead generation, experience preferably in enterprise software.
  • Leading experience
  • Proven track record of success prospecting for new business.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal English
