Responsibilities
- Define and lead the roadmap for inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with engineering to define scalable, unified APIs and connector frameworks, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Partner with sales and support to understand customer needs and prioritize integrations that unlock business value.
- Conduct user and market research to discover opportunities for new integrations and evolve existing ones.
- Translate business requirements into clear, technically detailed product specs that engineers and stakeholders can act on.
- Drive cross-functional execution, from discovery through launch, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Own success metrics and use data to guide decisions and iterations post-launch.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management with experience in integrations or APIs.
- Strong technical fluency: able to work directly with engineers, write product specs, and discuss API behavior.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products and integration with third-party platforms.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver products in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
Advantages
- Experience building integrations with: Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Slack, or Microsoft Graph.
- Background in knowledge management, contact center tools, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with Microsoft co-pilot ecosystem or equivalent agent building platforms
