Release Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working with distributed geographical teams. The Release Manager will be responsible for managing Lighthouse release Lifecycle while coordinating with Product, R&D, Support, and Management.
The release manager would be responsible for overseeing the entire release process, from planning and scheduling to testing and on big customers even deployment. The release manager would work closely with the product team, development teams, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the release process is well coordinated and efficient. The release manager would also be responsible for ensuring that the release is delivered on time and meets the expected quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and track the release Lifecycle.
- Define and ensure delivery standards, processes and inter-department interfaces.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate releases.
- Set and track release schedules and execution to completion.
- Identify risks, analyze bottlenecks, and propose relevant mitigation plans.
- Communicate release status to stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Release Management.
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools, including Agile DevOps and CI/CD
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Independent, self-motivated, and quick learner.
- PMP certification. - Advantage
